BrightPath Academy – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
All services and information provided by BrightPath Academy are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. BrightPath Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
2. Course and Camp Requirements
Students are expected to comply with all rules and guidelines established by BrightPath Academy. Students must not disrupt classes or interfere with the learning environment. Failure to meet behavioral expectations may result in dismissal without refund.
BrightPath Academy is committed to delivering high-quality academic instruction. Our instructors are selected based on expertise, teaching ability, and experience.
BrightPath Academy reserves the right to:
- Cancel classes, camps, or events due to low enrollment (full refunds will be issued)
- Modify schedules or assign different instructors when necessary
If schedule changes are not suitable, families may cancel and receive a prorated refund for remaining sessions. (This does not apply to camps.)
Parents/guardians are responsible for student drop-off and pick-up. Supervision is provided only during scheduled program hours.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Absences
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.
3.2 Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on timing:
- Before registration deadline: Refund available (processing fee may apply)
- Before first class: Refund minus applicable fee
- After first class: Partial refund with higher fee
- After second class: No refund
Detailed fee structure will be provided at registration.
International Students:
Full refunds will be issued if a visa is denied before the final registration date (proof may be required). After that date, a 10% cancellation fee may apply.
4. Discounts
4.1 Sibling Discount
A 10% discount is offered for each additional sibling enrolled.
Additional discount policies:
- Discounts must be applied at registration and cannot be added later
- Multi-course enrollment may qualify for additional discounts
- Special competition training programs may have unique pricing
5. Online Account Use
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized access or misuse of the platform
- Share or distribute harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
BrightPath Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
6. Property Damage
Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by their child to property, equipment, or facilities.
7. Privacy Policy
BrightPath Academy values your privacy. We collect student and parent information solely for communication, academic tracking, and program improvement.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
8. Media Release
By enrolling, you grant permission for BrightPath Academy to use photographs, videos, or recordings of students for educational and promotional purposes. No compensation will be provided.
9. Medical Treatment
In the event of illness or emergency, BrightPath Academy will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately.
If contact cannot be made, staff may authorize necessary medical care, including:
- First aid
- Emergency services
- Transportation to a medical facility
