Registration & Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the registration form and payment. Spots are
limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Policy
A non-refundable registration fee may be required. Tuition must be paid in full before the program
start date or through an approved payment plan. Late payments may result in suspension.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 weeks before start date may receive partial refunds (excluding fees). No
refunds after program begins.

Attendance Policy
No refunds or make-up classes for absences, late arrivals, or early departures.

Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Health & Safety
Parents must disclose medical conditions. Sick students should stay home.

Liability Waiver
BrightPath Academy is not responsible for lost belongings or injuries from normal activities.

Media Release
Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes unless opted out in writing.

Program Changes
Schedules and sessions may be modified or canceled if necessary.

Agreement
By registering, parents agree to all terms and policies.
